Circumference measurements work in conjunction with the Bodyfat analysis measuring different parts of the body to provide additional information on fat and weight loss. I also make recommendations on healthy levels of bodyfat with recommendations on how to achieve a desired and healthy body fat.
This is a workout that uses a person’s own body weight and suspensions that will allow the client to strengthen different parts of the body. This develops muscles and core strength.
